Dmitri Dorogov is a doctoral candidate at the Department of Gender Studies, CEU. He received his M.A. in Philosophical Anthropology from National Research University - Higher School of Economics (Moscow, Russia). his doctoral project is concerned with delineating a critical genealogy of the 'sexual sovereignty' discourse in Putinite Russia.

His research interests include post-foundational political philosophy, governmentality studies, discourse theory and certain aspects and problematics of queer theory.
