Accessibility

Your CEU ID card will allow access to some of CEU's University Areas.  You will receive your ID card at the registration at the Nador 15 Front Desk upon your arrival as part of your welcome package. If you cannot come during registration times, please let us know. You will not be able to participate without receiving your card, which allows you an access to the conference venues (access to the CEU Library is not included).

Please make sure you return your Visitor ID Card before leaving the conference. Two collecting boxes will be placed at the N15 Front Office Desk and the N15 Cloakroom for your convenience. The conference organizers appreciate your cooperation in sustaining an environmentally friendly CEU by returning your ID Cards.

Your CEU ID card is valid together with your conference name tag, please wear them together at all times at the conference venues

The conference will take place in the CEU buildings on Nador utca 13 and 15. These buildings are wheelchair accessible. Each floor has at least one wheelchair accessible and gender-neutral bathroom. If you have any inquiries with regard to accessibility at CEU or in Budapest in general, please reach out to us.

The attached overview of the campus includes all the spaces we are using for the conference, as well as the accessible bathrooms.
